I work for a public government agency in Korea.

I would like to ask you some questions.

We know that WinSCP provides free software and GPL license.

If so, what are some of the issues that would be a problem with using WinSCP in government agencies? We do not intend to distribute the program without permission. But if we pay unintentional licensing fees or ask for illegal acts.
