Re: no parent folder [..] in remote view when browsing inside Amazon S3 bucket

Usually the ".." are there. How did you upload the contents to that specific bucket?

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

no parent folder [..] in remote view when browsing inside Amazon S3 bucket

The remote side (right side in commander view) does not offer the ".." folder (parent folder) when navigating inside an Amazon S3 bucket (connected using the "Amazon S3" protocol).

I know I can still navigate clicking any of the parent folders in the path line above the folder list, but I think it would be more convenient if the "Amazon S3" protocol would show .. when navigating inside a bucket.
I do get the ".." folders when navigating between buckets (at the hierachy level above the bucket itself), but not when inside a bucket or inside a subfolder within a bucket.
