Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Problem with registering a host key

We connect to an FTP server that recently purchased a new FTP server.
I run the winscp.com program and get the warning: "Continue connecting to an unknown server and add its host key to a cache" message.
I answer "y" to the question it asks if I want to save the new host key to cache.
I also backup to the winscp.ini file which is restored with /ini=winscp.ini parameter.
But when task scheduler runs winscp we still get the warning about an unknown server.
I have tried putting the new host key in the open command in the script that WinSCP runs but it fails to connect and transfer the files.

Is there a way to store the new host key in the "cache" to stop the warning about the new host key?
