I have no problem uploading files up to 100MB.
Can you try setting longer timeout?

Can you also try the same from another (local) network?
If it does not help, please post session log file.

Hello~

When I attempt to upload a file larger than 10 Mb, at around 100% of the upload , I still receive the error message “Could not read status line: connection timed out”. The file upload failed.（WinSCP's version:5.20 RC ）

I have tried to upload the same file by Cyberduck, I didn't receive the same error and the file upload to OneDrive successfully.
