Re: Could not retrieve directory listing Error listing directory '/'

There's probably a firewall/NAT/router on the way that blocks the FTP transfers. Please talk to your server or network administrator.

Re: Could not retrieve directory listing Error listing directory '/'

I never needed to use it before, everything just worked all I had to do was enter my login info. I have tried using it but it didn't fix anything.

Re: Could not retrieve directory listing Error listing directory '/'

Do you have any specific reason you have disabled the Passive mode? Try re-enabling it.

Could not retrieve directory listing Error listing directory '/'

I have been using FileZilla and WinSCP both with no issues for a few months now and all of a sudden I get this error message when I try to connect and cannot figure out what is going on for the life of me. I am not very familiar with how to set up and run FTP correctly but all I had to do before was enter my logging details and it worked. Nothing has changed that I am aware of and it just stopped working out of nowhere.

This is my error message
Timeout detected. (data connection)
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/'.

Please help :(
