How exactly are you running the command?
I looks like you are executing it in WinSCP GUI console window. Why? What are you trying to achieve?

I'm new to using WinSCP and try to learn the proper syntax and I get the error in my title when I run this put commanded.
put Test.txt Moving/

Anyone knows why.
Here is my logs for when I ran the command:

I then got disconnected from my server
I'm using FTP and my sever is a GoDaddy server.
