WinSCP does not support the rarely used PRET command.

I have a new site I was trying to use and I keep getting this error

Never have I seen this before. is there a setting I am missing?
Funny thing if I use an old FlashFXP program it works but not something new like yours. I have been using yours for years and never seen this before.
