WinSCP crashes during connection to server

Dear WinSCP,

The program crashes during connection to our FTP server. No error or anything, just crashes.
Its the latest version of WinSCP running on Win server 2022.
Attached is the log file. WinSCP doesn't seem to handle very well if local directory response is simply "".
