How about give a warning and then let the user make decision to replace or skip?
For my case, I just need to skip the downloading.
Thanks,

So what do you want WinSCP to do when downloading files that already exists locally?

How to avoid replace the local files when downloaded from remote server with WinSCP GUI?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice on how to avoid overwriting my local files when downloading from a remote server using WinSCP's GUI. Is there a specific setting or workaround to ensure my existing local files aren't replaced during the transfer process?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
