What I can see in the log, is that at 15:40:00, you have uploaded a file (
After that you have uploaded another file at 15:40:10. This time after reload of the same folder, the server returned thousands of entries.
Seems to be a server-side problem to me.

folder. After the upload, WinSCP reloaded the remote directory and the server returned NO files:
