Yeah, now works. Now i understand at least why 102400 bytes :)

So try to disable transfer resume support.

New facts:
do not work in binary transfer mode only. Also do not work with files of size more than or equal to 102400 bytes.
Checked via 
"fsutil file createnew test.txt 102400"

vs

Re: with fhgfs_dev file system

Please post a full log file showing the problem.

To generate log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. For posting extensive logs you may use pastebin or similar application. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you may email it to me. You will find my address (if you log in) in my forum profile. Please include link back to this topic in your email. Also note in this topic that you have emailed the log.

1) protocol - sftp (for scp everything works great!)
2) use gui of Commander style
3) server info : "uname -a":

with fhgfs_dev file system

Not correctly work with subject. fhgfs_dev as i understand (coz it not my comp) means
https://www.beegfs.io/c/
So
1) During uploading say that
"uploading succeful but error while set permissions or timestamp". Only unsetting "preserve timestamp" help for this.
2) (More critical) Instead of file "dummy" to be uploaded only soft link created
../../../full_path/to/file/dummy.filepart and links to nowhere.

WinSCP 4.2.8 build 818 is used.
