Make sure you have Remember password of main session for background transfers enabled.

SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_3.9p1

You are obviously connecting to SSH port (22) instead of FTP port (21).

2nd question
when i make FTP connection have this error:

while
SCP and SFTP connection work;
is this a winscp problem (to do some settings )?
