Please can you tell me the command to zip a folders (in remote)

i have tryed the

rar a -ep "!?&Enter an Archive Name:?archive.rar!" "!&"

but i receive this error

Command rar -ep archive.rar falied returncode 127 and error message -bash line6 rar command not found

any help please.
