Ah, thanks. I wonder if it's possible to make this option work for folders as well, so that when you queue up a folder individual files are added to the queue.

If you select 5 files/directories and have this unchecked, you will get one entry in the queue. If you have this checked you will get 5 entries in the queue.

Can some one explain this to me please? The check box makes WinSCP en-queue each selected file as separate transfer, but as opposed to what?
