In the log, I can see you were uploading fileReleaseBulletinCPBA1.0.3.3_20131022.pdf
. But it seems that the server did not accept a timestamp at all. It not just a timezone difference. The source local file is dated 2013-10-23, while after upload the destination remote file has date 2013-11-07 (i.e. today as the time of transfer).
