Timeout issues

Diky moc, Martin-

For some strange reason, it is working now. Strange that one version would work, but not the other. Maybe it was a problem with the FTP site.

Anyway, I'm going with the premise, if it ain't broken....don't fix it.

I'll let you know if it happens again.

thanks, again,

Re: Timeout issues

Please attach a full log file from both installations.

To generate log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Timeout issues

On my primary Windows 7 computer I have version 5.5.6 (build 4746). I keep getting error messages and locking up.

Lost connection
Timeout detected.
Copying files from remote side failed.

On my backup Windows 7 computer I have version 5.1.4 (build 3020). I have the same exact information entered and it connects immediately. It has no problems downloading.

Not sure what I should do.

Thanks!
