Thank you, hope it helps. In that case I synchronized 5 files, all starting as: 'Jesus-MINHO_***' and all of them were already uploaded. Thank you ;)

If the FTP server reports times with minute-precision only, WinSCP recognizes that, and considers minutes only, when comparing files.
Please attach a full log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

First of all, thanks for your answer.
Well, my computer is the 'client' and I save the files in DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS, now I encounter the problem while I try to synchronize my files with my NAS that saves the modification date as: DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM, so, when I compare them it always says I have a newer one as it has seconds.
I cannot connect my NAS through SFTP only FTP, so I cannot use the 'synchronize timestamps' option.

It must be an stupid question, but i can't figure it out by myself..
Well the problem I'm having is, my client saves files with the timestamp DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS and my server does it as DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM I would like to know how i can mask the timestamps of my client while synchronizing it.
Hope you can understand it, not native though.
