If I am correct, you can manually move
puttygen.exe into the WinSCP portable folder and it will become successfully integrated that way.

It is now working. It seems that I downloaded the portable version of the software wherein I cannot find PuTTYgen.
PuTTYgen feature can be seen if you have installed it in the machine not just by using a portable version. Anyway, thank you for giving time to respond to my post!

WinSCP cannot generate SSH keys.
You can use PuTTYgen to generate keys for WinSCP:
