Re: SSL3 alert write: fatal: protocol version with WinSCP 5.9.2

Please attach a full session log file on level Debug 2 from both setups.

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

SSL3 alert write: fatal: protocol version with WinSCP 5.9.2

We are using the most recent version of WinSCP 5.9.2 and are receiving the error mentioned below when we attempt to perform an FTP file transfer over port 21. The Minimum TLS/SSL is set to TLS 1.0 and the Maximum TLS/SSL is set to TLS 1.2. The Reuse TLS/SSL session ID for data connections is checked. Our directory options are default settings.

SSL3 alert write: fatal: protocol version
shutdown while in init
wrong version number
Disconnected from server
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/'.

The error occurs on a Windows 2012 R2 server. The error does not occur with the same version of WinSCP 5.9.2 and the same settings to the same Host on a Windows 10 workstation. Our directory options are default settings and the same between our server and my workstation.
