Something has changed rather on the server. You may try to setup keepalives.

Why do I have to login every 10 minutes?
Several weeks ago, winSCP began behaving differently. I now have to log back in every 10 or 20 minutes. Did something in the code change? How can I setup my winSCP so that I can use it all day without having to log in again and again? Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
