Re: Unable to log-in - system states "using keyboard-interactive authentication".

If you have problems authenticating to a server, you better contact server administrator.

Unless you are able to login using any other SSH/SFTP client. In that case, please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Unable to log-in - system states "using keyboard-interactive authentication".

Hi, I'm currently unable to log-in to the WinScp site.
The system states "using keyboard-interactive authentication" and asks for password. This is after entering the hostname / username and password. Have been using the system for a number of years and this is new.
Hostname is: econtent2.lason.com
Username is: emearest

Need to urgently use the site.
