Your coworker is either using a different protocol (SFTP vs. FTP), or if you both use FTP, you may have a different session sessions.

Looking to view the seconds in the 'changed' column in remote directory section of the interface, however, I see seconds in my local files. In addition, a coworker opened the same directory and sees the seconds being reported in the changed column in the remote directory.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
