OK, WS_FTP automatically falls back to the active FTP mode. WinSCP does not. You can switch to the active mode by disabling the passive mode:

Error: Could not retrieve directory listing
We have started getting the following error:
Notes:
- 9/10 times, we get the error; 1/10 times it will connect properly and list the directory.
- Behavior is consistent on multiple PCs on multiple networks.
- Other FTP clients (like WS_FTP) on those same PCs work perfectly.
Log attached - first connection shows error; next connection worked. (Many file/directory entries removed for space.)
Any help/suggestions is appreciated - thanks.
