Downloading message...do not display this settings again

Please help if anybody know how to fix it... I check box do not show this message again while downloading from winscp FTP remote location...and after that I cant choose another download location for downloads files from ftp...How to see again messege to verify download location in my pc? I already check all settings but this option is not there..Where to find it please...Thnks
