2) I've seen this error somewhere on the interweb for winSCP, it's either trying to set/preserve the time stamp or set permissions and the problem only occurs when I connect to one site; which I cannot test; so once a month I submit two files and get this error and each time I try different setting for the 2nd file, but to wit not been able to resolve.

Default Profile, can it be bound it to a site?
Error - there is only one site that I'm not able to upload w/out error and it's a site I can't test, so each time 2x's a month I try to change winscp preferences and yet the error remains, what should I do?
