Hi Martin. Thanks for reply,

I just fixed it. It was the IP of the external firewall in the IIS that was the issue on LAN.

Re: FTPS works on WAN IP but not LAN

So can you please post a FileZilla log file (not the GUI message log) for comparison?

Re: FTPS works on WAN IP but not LAN

It works fine from FileZilla. Though I would rather use WinSCP.

Re: FTPS works on WAN IP but not LAN

Please attach a full session log file both from WAN and LAN (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Can you retrieve the listing on LAN using any other FTP client?

FTPS works on WAN IP but not LAN

Hi.

I have a FTP server which I can access fine on port 990 from WAN.

Now I have server on same LAN as the FTP server which needs to connect.
It does connect but fails to read remote directories as shown here

I tried typing in the LAN IP and the hostname.
I tried with and without passive mode
I tried with yes/no/auto on these settings:

What am I missing here?

Best regards
