Please contact your server administrator. Also make sure you are connecting with the right protocol.

All OK now. was using incorrect username... was using winscp username instead of site username. Thanks.

Cannot log in... get access denied. site pw OK. and of course username ok since i am here on forum. file comment has contents of log file.

Can you post session log files from both your old and new computers?

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

cannot login

Got new computer 4 months ago. Just tried to login and got "access denied". Old computer windows 7 worked fine, This one is windows 10. Can't imagine what is wrong. Do I need to delete account and start over? If so, how?
