Re: Post Login Command get

Quoting https://winscp.net/eng/docs/ui_login_ftp :
Use Post login commands to specify set of FTP protocol commands that should be issued automatically just after login. This is typically used to issue commands that change session configuration or state. Only commands that require no interaction with client can be used.

The get is not FTP protocol command. Equivalent is RETR. But still it's not a command that "require no interaction with client".

Post Login Command get

Hi,

Should I be able to use the "get" command in the Post Login Commands setting to download a file automatically after connection?

I just want to download one file, which I can do manually, but thought I'd try using the post login command, but it just comes back with "unknown command" when I use

get filename.dat

I realise I probably should use a script but why doesn't this work too?

Thanks
David.
