Re: Problem when uploading file via webdav with drag and drop

Thanks for the logs.
The file you are uploading is in a temporary folder. Are you sure you are really dragging it from Windows Explorer? Can you post a screenshot of the window, where you drag the file from?

Re: Problem when uploading file via webdav with drag and drop

Now, I have tried with the debug version. First, thank you for this!
I get the assertion attached to this reply when dropping a file in WinSCP in a WebDAV folder.
After click OK in the assertion dialog another dialog with "Abnormal termination" appears and WinSCP closes.

I hope this is helpful to find the error!

Problem when uploading file via webdav with drag and drop

I have took a screenshot showing the problem in the WinSCP program window.
Also, I attached the textual log file.

Re: Problem when uploading file via webdav with drag and drop

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Problem when uploading file via webdav with drag and drop

WinSCP opens in explorer mode and connects to my nextcloud via webdav.
The problem occurs if I drag a file in windows explorer and drop it into the WinSCP window.
WinSCP starts the uploading and than transfers 0 Bytes. No error message is shown, so you do not know that the upload fails.
If I repeat the operation, the upload mostly succeed.
What is the reason for that behaviour? Can I solve the problem by myself by configuring WinSCP?
