Unable to see files on remote tablet/website

Using the latest version of WinSCP.exe.
Upload files to remote session is not reflecting on the website. Using transfer protocol – SFTP-3.

When I upload a file to the remote directory is will log the file. Using .csv file format to upload file. No log errors are registered and it seems like it is taking the file but when looking for files on remote screen it will not show schedules that were uploaded.
