WinSCP is not added to Windows search PATH by default.

Either opt to have it added in the installer:
https://winscp.net/eng/docs/ui_installer_selecttasks

Or use a full path to WinSCP. Also not console operations, it's better to use winscp.com. 
"C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\WinSCP.com" /batchsettings ...

Changing multiple passwords

Hi,
I try to change ~60 connection passwords at once with winscp.exe /batchsettings

But I get this: 
C:\Users\hw>winscp.exe /batchsettings

'winscp.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

What I'm doing wrong?
