This issue is being tracked already:
Issue 2080 – More contrasting or configurable file panel selection color (particularly for the dark mode)
You can vote for it there.

Hi, all!!
Using version 5.21.2

I have switched WinSCP to Dark Mode. I understand how to change the file colors via mask but when I execute a Local/Remote Compare, the differences are highlighted in black making them difficult to see against the dark background. Can you point me to any documentation detailing how to change the Highlight color?
