WinSCP in SQL server 2003

Up front: I love WinSCP... it's an awesome tool.
Now for my current task: I'm trying to script WinSCP from within a SQL 2003 SP. Has anyone done or tried this, and if so, pointers, ideas and or directions would be extremely helpful.
The idea is to pass the SP a table with the commands for WinSCP to follow. In this case one could easily create a temp table with whatever is needed (in this case the files to send from within SQL).
