Dark mode for other windows does not really have high priority atm.

Hi, I am using dark mode on windows and using dark mode in WinSCP 6.4 RC and am getting some light elements which I wanted to ask about:

1. The titlebars on the panels (image 1)
   
2. Preferences window (image 2)
   
3. Queue panel titlebar as well as column headers and borders (image 3)
   
4. Login (saved site entries) window (image 4)
   
5. Window/popup during making a connection (image 5)
