Data integrity check when uploading with WinSCP to Amazon

Hi,

Does WinSCP do a data integrity check when uploading files to Amazon S3?
Or is there a setting for this?

No integrity check is done. Do you think it's necessary? The connection is encrypted. So any incorrectly transmitted data would break the encryption, effectively failing the transfer.
