Error while uploading folder+file path count more than 194 characters

Hi, I am uploading folders and files, in which if their count(folder name+file name)is more than 194, it showing error. Not even it storing 255 characters. Can you please suggest is there any way to upload file name more than 194 and also 255 character more, any configuration required?
My Folder Path: /TED/TERM INTIGRATION TESTING/Demo_purpose/asdfghjklwqertyuiopxzcvbnmqwertyuiopsadfghjkl/12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890/123456789/123456789.csv

First, the error is for renaming, not uploading.
Anyway, it might be a limitation of your (SFTP) server.
Can you upload such file using any other SFTP client?
