Access to directories

Hello,
Today I tried to connect to a Windows 11 computer for the first time using WinSCP 6.3.6. I can't access the program directory. I get an error message. I can access all other directories. What am I doing wrong?

I just installed the FileZilla client. It seems to be the same problem. The other target computer is running Windows 11. I have another target computer with the same setup running Windows 10, and access works fine on that one.

So then it's likely indeed permissions problem. Or something changed about security architecture in Windows 11. Btw, I can access Program Files folder using my account (with admin privileges) on Windows 11 server running Win32-OpenSSH.

It does not seem to be a WinSCP question in any case. Please consider asking at a more appropriate place, like Super User. Please, post a link here, if you do.
