Not transferring multiple files at once

• Version: 5.17.9 – 10905
  
• The problem did seem to happen after an upgrade a few versions ago, but it's been an issue for a couple months now so I'm not exactly sure when it worked for sure
  
• Windows: Windows 10 20H2
  
• Protocol: SFTP-3
  
• Using the Explorer GUI
  
• No errors
  
• Trying to transfer a bunch of files in the background queue will only transfer 1 at a time, whereas it used to transfer as many as it could as defined in the Maximal transfers option (currently set to 5 for me)
  

Parallel background transfers are not supported, when you have enabled preserving timestamps of directories:
