Automating with .ini how to get the ssh certificate

I'm looking to automate sending results from my sql database to an sftp server. When I manually test I have to accept and get the SSL key. My sql database can't do that, so I'm going to use an INI file. How to I get the ssl key from my regestry to the ini file?

In GUI go to Server and Protocol Information dialog to find certificate fingerprint
