WinSCP will not load

Hello,

I have installed Winscp before and it worked perfectly. Recently when I try and open winscp it will not open. I have uninstalled and re-installed and to no luck. Please help as I need to access an ftp server for my company as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for the assistance in this matter.
