add hostname in local temp filename
A few versions ago, the full path to a file was added in the local filename when using a local editor to edit file, which was great. I would love to see the hostname also be in there, even if it needs some randomness added to the end of it. For example, I see something like Temp\scp24398\var\... If that could turn into Temp\myhost-scp24398, where myhost that would be amazing. I am commonly editing files with the same path on different hosts.
