Missing: Howto change user and password for shell

Hi,

we got a FTP Server with a working Shell. If I want to duplicate a file on the server, WinSCP asks about a shell. I press ok and he tries to connect with a wrong user name.

I'm missing a shot explanation in the Guides or F.A.Q.

Do you mean that you have to connect with different username to the shell that you are connected to the FTP server (well I suppose it is actually SFTP server)?
