winscp from a distance

Ok my fiancee is out of town and has ssh installed on her iphone and all that,so i was wondering is there a way i could ssh into her phone if she gave me the ip address so i can put videos/music in it for her? I've been trying but it wont connect,am i doing something wrong or is it not possible?
