Will it work between firewalls?

Hi,

I am trying to connect to a remote PC. There is a firewall on both sides, my office LAN and the remote PC. Will WinSCP work under this condition?

If so, how?

I do not know if you ask how to configure the firewall to allow WinSCP to work. Or how to configure WinSCP to pass thru firewall, which settings you cannot change.
