I can't open any applications.
Recently I have been trying to get into my Norton Virus application but a message comes up up every time saying:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005) Click OK to close the application

This comes up for almost every single application that I try to open, though Ive found a way onto the internet, and I was hoping that someone has experienced this before and knows what to do.
