Password change in WinSCP3

In WinSCP2 the clear text password can be save with the host and user. In WinSCP3 the password is always requested. Is there a way to get back to the WinSCP2 behavior?

Password behaviour has not changed since the 2.0. When exaclty does program prompts you for. You may also post a log file.
