Switch to Auto Accept Authentification

Hi,
i use winscp to script our 2000 iPods from several PCs. Is it possible to auto accept the authentification? Because every x iPods i need to press a button...if it works i can start an unintend installation...

If you do not care about security:
- Use FTP, not SSH
- Make sure all your iPads have the same host key
