Remove commander option from prefrences and copy to LocalDir

hi all,

Please show me a way to totally remove commander option from prefrences and copy to local directory.

i just dont want that guys using remote directory should not have any option to copy remote files to their local system through any way.

Commander gives that option &
Copy to local directory gives that option, please help show me a way to remove or disable that option, as i dont want guys to copy remote directory files to their local system in any way.

You have to enforce that on the remote side. How would you prevent your users to download copy of WinSCP without the restriction or using any other client?
