mirror does not work correctly

remote timestamp - 2012/03/08 18:06

While the mirroring-upload(ctrl+u) is on,
when I update a local file at 18:06.xx, mirroring does not work.
when I update a local file at 18:07.xx, mirroring works.

maybe because the second of remote timestamp is missing.
