WinSCP 5 panels flickering

Hello!

At first, thank you for the great program!

Just downloaded the new 5.0.6 beta version and found that when I move mouse cursor over the panels (local or remote), they flicker. It seems that DoubleBuffered=true must fix the problem.

WinSCP version: 5.0.6
OS: Windows 7 (x64), Aero enabled
